Psalm 97:1 ... The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.

Psalm 22:28 ... For the kingdom is the Lord's: and he is the governor among the nations.

Isaiah 45:7 ... I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.
