Roaring Devils Around Us!

There is nothing that more troubles a child of God, than that he fears he shall never hold out. "These weak legs of mine," he says, "will never carry me to Heaven!" But he is kept by the power of God! Once in Christ, forever in Christ!

A believer may fall from some degrees of grace, but not from the state of grace. How despairing is the Arminian doctrine of falling from grace! Today a saint, tomorrow a reprobate; today a Peter, tomorrow a Judas! This is like boring a hole in a vessel, to make all the wine of his joy run out. Were the Arminian doctrine true, what comfort would it be to have one's name written in the book of life if it might be blotted out again?

But be assured, for your comfort that grace, if it is true, though ever so weak shall persevere. "Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation." (1 Peter 1:5) See whence it is, that believers persevere in holiness. It is to be ascribed solely to the power of God. It is a wonder that any Christian perseveres, if you consider:

Corruption within. There is more sin than grace; yet grace is habitually predominant. Grace is like a spark in the sea it is a wonder that it is not quenched! It is a wonder that sin does not destroy grace.

Temptations without. Satan envies us happiness, and he raises his militia and stirs up persecution. He shoots his fiery darts of temptations which are called darts for their swiftness, fiery for their terribleness. We are every day beset with devils! As it was a wonder that Daniel was kept alive in the midst of the roaring lions so there are many roaring devils around us, and yet we are not torn in pieces!

Now, whence is it, that we stand against these powerful temptations? We are kept by the power of God! The world's old snares riches and pleasure. How many have been shipwrecked upon these golden rocks! "Demas has deserted me, because he loved this present world." (2 Timothy 4:10)

What a wonder any persevere in holiness that the earth does not choke the fire of all holy affections! Whence is this, but from the power of God. We are kept by His power.

John 10:27-29 ... My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:  And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

Pierced!!

Pierced! WHO pierced Him? WE did and pierced Him to the heart! Nor were we satisfied with piercing Him once, for we have pierced Him often, and pierced Him through and through! Our unbelief pierces Him; our ingratitude pierces Him; the coldness of our love pierces Him; our forgetfulness pierces Him; our preferring the world to Him pierces Him; our disobedience to His Word pierces Him; and our doubting of His love pierces Him!

It was WE who pierced Him on Calvary! We put the nails and the hammer into the hands of the executioners! We put the spear into the hand of the Roman soldier! Yes, it was we who gathered the thorns, picked out the sharpest, formed them into a mock crown, thrust it on His head, and with the staff beat the thorns into His temples! See, see, there He hangs! Pierced in His head, hands, feet, and side, pierced for us, pierced by us! Look, my soul, at the pierced One! God's holy Son hangs on that cross!

O my soul, look at Jesus! He is your Substitute. He is there for you! He is suffering death for you! He is bearing the desert of your sins in His body on the tree! He is enduring your curse, being made accursed for you! He is revealing what is in man's nature, what is in God's heart, and what He is willing to do and suffer, rather than I should perish! Yes, Jesus is there for me! He represents my person! He answers for my crimes! He dies in my stead!

O Savior, was ever any love, was ever any agony, was ever any death like Yours! Look, my soul, look to Jesus, the pierced One! Look, and mourn, because your sins degraded, disgraced, and put Him to grief! Look, and rejoice, for you shall have dignity, by His degradation, honor, by His disgrace, and life, by His death! Look, and be sorry that you have ever sinned, and so caused Jesus to suffer! Look, and rejoice that you shall live forever to glorify and praise His name!

O my soul, Jesus was wounded for your transgressions, and bruised for your iniquities! His blood has made your peace with God, His righteousness gives you a title to eternal life, and His death delivers you from dying! I fix my eye intently on Jesus on the Hill Calvary and marking all His tears, wounds, and agonies I feel that I was the cause of all. I myself did it! Yes, I MYSELF bruised Him, scourged Him, spit on Him, crowned Him with thorns, smote Him with the fist, and nailed Him to the cursed tree! I inflicted it all!

Yet, O wonder of wonders! I derive pardon, holiness, and eternal life from it!

[James Smith]

Isaiah 53:5 ... But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Zechariah 12:10 ... And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

1 John 5:13 ... These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

The Birthmarks of a True Child of God

"How may I be certain that I am saved?" To live  and to die believing a wrong answer has horrific and irreversible consequences!

The Spirit of God guided John to write his first epistle in order to help professing Christians give the right answer to this all-important question (1 John 5:13). John describes the convictions and patterns of life that are true of every one who has been born of the Holy Spirit and united to Jesus Christ. I have designated these as "the birthmarks of a true child of God." John identifies at least five such birthmarks. It is important to note that John uses present-tense verbs, indicating a pattern of ongoing action and conviction.

(1) Faith in the Christ of Scripture. We read in 5:1 that "everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God." This birthmark is also emphasized in 1 John 5:6; 1 John 2:18-19; 1 John 2:23-25; 1 John 4:2-3; and 1 John 5:10.

(2) Pursuit of a life of Christlike holiness and personal righteousness. In 1 John 2:29, John writes, "If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him." This birthmark is further insisted upon in 1 John 1:5-7; 1 John 2:6; 1 John 3:2-3; 3:4-10; and 1 John 5:18-19.

(3) Pursuit of a life of obedience to God's commandments. John's words in 2:3-5 affirm this birthmark with unmistakable clarity: "By this we know that we have come to know him if we keep his commandments. Whoever says 'I know him' but does not keep his commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him." See also 1 John 2:17; 1 John 3:24; and 1 John 5:3.

(4) A life of brotherly love. John writes in 1 John 3:14: "We know we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. Whoever does not love abides in death. Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and . . . no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." This statement is buttressed by similar assertions in 1 John 2:8-10; 1 John 3:11; 1 John 4:7-8; 1 John 4:12; 1 John 4:20-21; and 1 John 5:1.

(5) An experience of the manifold ministries of the Holy Spirit. In 1 John 2:20, John asserts that true children of God will remain in fellowship with the church and the Apostolic truth present in the church because they have been anointed by the Holy One. Other aspects of the Spirit's ministry to everyone who has been born again are found in 1 John 2:27; 1 John 3:24; 1 John 4:8; and 1 John 4:13.

The things John has written in order that we may "know that we have eternal life" must never be looked upon as the basis upon which we possess eternal life (1 John 5:13). John has clearly asserted that "whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life" (1 John 5:12). These various "birthmarks" are the inevitable and necessary evidences that we "have the Son," but they are not the Son who is our righteousness Himself. Nevertheless, without these birthmarks, our claim to know that we are saved is utterly without a biblical foundation.

Our Blessed Hope!

Yesterday a funeral passed our home. The solemn procession moved slowly onward toward the cemetery gate a few squares away. The muffled sounds of the passing cars of a funeral cortege as they pass my window, always tell a melancholy tale. A beloved voice is silent forever to earth. A heart has ceased to beat. A life has reached its end. Solemnly the words "Dust to dust, and ashes to ashes" are spoken. The mourning friends go their way. Only a newly made mound in the cemetery remains to tell the story.

What, is this all? Is dust to dust and ashes to ashes the final end of the being who was once vibrant with life and joyous with vigorous energy? To every soul there comes the age-old inquiry, "If a man dies shall he live again?" Time summons all, both rich and poor, both high and low, both great and small, to stand before the open grave and to answer in their inmost souls this old query. Let us follow the quiet procession, and let us inquire of each comer, what is his hope for the future?

Here comes a modern Sadducee. He is a materialist. He does not believe in spiritual realities. To him, man is only brother of the beast. Death ends all. As one such said to me, "A man is just like a horse; when he dies, that is the end." The open grave closes above the form beloved to him, and leaves him bereaved of hope. To him, life comes to its end upon a great cliff, beyond which there is nothing but space. To him the grave is a melancholy place. It is the end of all his plans and dreams, of all his hopes and expectations. When those whom he loves go from him at the call of death it leaves only a measureless void which nothing can ever fill, and which he never expects to be filled.

Behind the materialist comes the atheist, with eyes downcast. To him there is no God, no power which can say to death, "Stand back." For him there is no voice of consolation or of comfort. Hope is dead her voice is no longer heard. Next in order comes the deist. He believes in God, but the God in whom he believes is a faraway, unknown being who has no part in the life or death of man, who has no interest in what concerns him, a God who has gone off and forgotten mankind. The deist pauses beside the newly made grave. This to him is the end of all. He also is without hope beyond it.

After him an agnostic draws near. He does not know; he cannot find out. Perhaps life has not come to its final conclusion; he does not know. There may be something beyond the grave; he cannot tell. He knows nothing for certain. He is in doubt about everything. He knows no way to resolve his doubts. And so he stands before the newly made grave, and the wreath that he places upon it, is bewildering question.

Next comes the infidel. Perhaps there is a sneering smile upon his face. Frankly, he does not believe. He knows the Bible says that there will be a resurrection, but in his judgment, the Bible is not God's book. So he believes only what it pleases him to believe of the present or the future. Perhaps he believes in immortality, but what does he believe of it, and upon what grounds does he believe it? If he believes in the resurrection, he does not know why he believes it. His hope has no true basis. He rejects the only basis that is given him, and so if he will but admit it, he must, like the agnostic, only question.

Next comes the philosopher. His philosophy may show him there is a life beyond the grave. It may say to him that since the race believes in immortality, since they have an inner consciousness of immortality, and since so many things in nature seem to argue from analogy that there shall be a resurrection he may conclude there is a resurrection, that there is a life beyond the grave. But what that life is like, or whether it is a certainty he cannot tell. His philosophy falters. It is insufficient. And he, like those before him, he is left to question.

Next comes the scientist. His science has not found the human soul. He does not know it as an entity. He cannot weigh it or measure it. The laws of chemistry do not reveal it. He finds strange things in man which he cannot explain. But they do not tell him of immortality. He does not know from his science, whether there is anything beyond the grave.

Behind him comes the worldling, who finds his all in self, or pleasure, or riches, or fame. He lives for this world alone. He has not stopped to inquire about eternity. He has been quite content to occupy himself with the things of the present life. He has scarcely thought about anything beyond the grave. Indeed, he will not let the thought of the grave come into his mind when he can help it. Perhaps he believes in immortality in a casual way, but it seems as nothing to him. It is unreal, uncertain; and if he has a dim, vague hope, it is a hope based on nothing trustworthy, nothing that can be the real basis of a hope. And he, like those before him, is one of those whom the Bible pictured as "having no hope."

Look again at this company and you will see them all silent before the newly made grave. No voice comforts them; they have no words to comfort another. For them, death is a leap into the dark. Beyond is only the great unknown. Only the Christian has hope in his death. His hope in death is not a hope in himself. His hope is in a person, the Lord Jesus Christ he who was dead, but is alive forevermore. He believes in him who said, "I am the resurrection and the life: he who believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live." And this hope is called our "blessed hope," it is the one great hope of the Christian.

As we have this hope, death has no terrors for us, and we can say, "O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?" And so it comes that believing this, so many Christians go down into the valley of the shadow of death, with a smile of joy upon their countenances and with an unwavering faith in their hearts. Only the eye of faith sees beyond the grave. Only the tongue that speaks through faith, has words to break the silence with the clear joy tones of triumph. Faith stands before the newly made grave, and falters not. And the Christian, though sorrowful, is always rejoicing for with the eye of faith he sees beyond the present into the glorious eternity, and his heart doubts not.
The Christian hope looks forward in expectancy of the coming of Jesus our Lord (Titus 2:13). We have hope in him, not merely for the present life, but for the life which is to come (I Corinthians 15:19; Acts 24:15). Through him we look forward to being "children of the resurrection," hoping and believing that it shall be according to his word that we shall nevermore die and that we shall be equal to the angels, that we shall possess everlasting life through the eternal ages and dwell at the right hand of God.

This hope of eternal life is not a new thing. It is older than the world. Paul speaks of the "hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before the world began" (Titus 1:2). God planned eternal life for us. He promised it to us before we had an existence. And so we look forward with eager expectancy goes beyond the grave, and rejoices in the eternal ages of God. This is the blessed hope, the anchor of the Christian soul!

True Gold

Look into the pan of your heart. Recognize the flecks of gold, My voice. Eyes of faith have the most gold and are the richest souls. I will sit with you in the riverbed of My Spirit. Find My voice, My gold, above all else. Settle into this process and do not allow fear to rob you of its benefit. The spirit if the world will say, "You must do this", but I say to those who would sit at My feet, "You have chosen the one thing necessary." Those who open to Me, open to the God of Creation. I AM the giver of your very life-breath. My way leads to life. All other ground is sinking sand. Those who find and follow the gold of My Words will walk on streets of gold in My Kingdom. I say to you again, all other ground is sinking sand. Sit with Me and I will sit with you.

Everlasting Love

The love of God is revealed in the absolute preservation of His elect in a state of grace. Can you imagine one who is loved of God falling from a state of grace, perishing and suffering the wrath of God forever in Hell? Such a notion is worse than nonsense it is utter blasphemy! The love of God is without cause, without beginning, without condition, without change, and without end! It is free. It is sovereign. It is indestructible. It is everlasting.

If Only One ...

If only one of God's sheep were to perish --- the purpose of God would be frustrated, the power of God would be resisted,  the promise of God would be broken,  the faithfulness of God would be a mockery and the Word of God proved to be a lie.

He Sits On The Throne of Eternal Security

'Change' is the defect of things below. Our brightest morn often ends in storm.  Summer's radiance gives place to winter's gloom.  The smiling flower soon lies withered.  The babbling brook is soon a parched channel.   The friend who smiled, smiles no more friendly welcomes.   Bereavement weeps where once the family beamed with domestic joy.

Gardens wither into deserts.  Babylons crumble into unsightly ruins.   On all things a sad inscription writes fleeting! transient! vanishing!  Time flaps a ceaseless wing, and from   its wings, decay and death drop down.

But Jesus sits high above all this. He is 'the same yesterday, and today, and forever.'  Jesus cannot change. He is as constant as   He is great. As surely as He ever lives, so surely He ever lives the same. He sits on the calm throne of eternal serenity!

The LOVE of Jesus is in perpetual bloom. It is always in summertime. The roots are deeply buried in Himself; therefore the branches cannot fade. Believer, drink hourly of this cup of joy.

Christ loved you fully when, in the councils of eternity, He received you into His heart. He loved you truly when, in the fullness of time, He took upon Himself your curse, and drained your hell deep dues.

He loved you tenderly when He showed you, by the Spirit, His hands and His feet, and whispered to you that you were His. He loves you faithfully while He ceases not to intercede in your behalf, and to scatter
blessings on your soul.

He will love you intensely in heaven when you are manifested as His precious purchase and crowned as His bride!

My Own Special Treasure

Every true believer is surrendered to the ownership of Christ. Up to the hour of conversion we had other masters: self, sin, and the devil. Now Jesus says to each Christian, "You are Mine! I own you. I will instruct you, and polish you, and put you wherever it pleases Me. I will take care of you, and nothing shall pluck you out of My hand. You shall be My own special treasure in the day of My triumphant appearing. I will place you in My crown!"

[Theodore Cuyler]

Exodus 19:5 ... Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

Isaiah 61:10 ... I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.

Assurance Forever

There is a very remarkable statement found in the book of Isaiah, chapter thirty-two, verse 17: "The work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance forever."

Assurance forever! Is it not a wonderfully-pleasing expression? Assurance not for a few days, or weeks, or months - nor yet for a few years, or even a lifetime - but forever! It is this blessed assurance that God delights to impart to all who come to Him as needy sinners seeking the way of life.

Two words are employed in this verse that are intimately related - peace and assurance. Yet how many deeply-religious people there are in the world who scarcely know the meaning of either term. They are honestly seeking after God. They are punctilious about their religious duties, such as reading the Scriptures, saying their prayers, attending church, partaking of the sacrament, and supporting the cause of Christ. They are scrupulously honest and upright in all their dealings with their fellowmen, endeavoring to fulfil every civic and national responsibility, and to obey the golden rule. Yet they have no lasting peace, nor any definite assurance of salvation. I am persuaded that in practically every such instance the reason for their unquiet and unsettled state is due to a lack of apprehension of God's way of salvation.

Though living seven centuries before Calvary, it was given to Isaiah to set forth in a very blessed manner the righteousness of God as later revealed in the gospel. This is not to be wondered at for he spoke as he was moved by the Holy Spirit.

The key word of his great book, often called the fifth gospel, is the same as in the Epistle to the Romans - the word, "righteousness." And I would urge the reader to meditate on this word for a little and see how it is used in the Holy Scriptures.

How To Know You Have Eternal Life

H. A. Ironside was once speaking with an elderly man who told him that he wanted to be sure of his salvation in Jesus Christ. So Ironside asked him, “Suppose you had a vision of an angel who told you your sins were forgiven. Would that assure you that you’re going to heaven when you die? Would that be enough to rest on?”

The man replied, “Yes, I think it would. An angel would be splendid.”

Ironside continued, “But suppose on your deathbed Satan came and said, ‘I was that angel, transformed to deceive you.’ What would you say?”

The man was speechless. So Ironside told him that God has given us something more dependable than the voice of an angel. He has given His Son, who died for our sins, and He has testified in His own Word that if we trust Him all our sins are gone.

[message from the Internet]

Isaiah 44:22 ... I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.

Romans 5:8 ... But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

1 John 5:13 ... These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. ❤

Eternal Salvation is Biblical

Hebrews 5:8-9

Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
And being made perfect, he became the author of ETERNAL SALVATION unto all them that obey him;

Beloved Saints,

You can be assured of your eternal salvation.

~ Knowing, brethren beloved, YOUR ELECTION OF GOD. For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in MUCH ASSURANCE; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake. 1 Thessalonians 1:4-5

However, you cannot earn your salvation, and your works do not keep it either. "He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?" (Galatians 3:5)

You are justified by God. (Romans 8:30)

You are sanctified by the Spirit. (1 Corinthians 6:11)

You are washed and regenerated by the Holy Ghost. (Titus 3:5-6)

It is all by GOD!

Salvation requires that you FULLY trust and believe (Faith) in the finished and complete work of Yeshua Jesus:

~ Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also YE ARE SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

~ For by grace are ye saved through FAITH; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Eternal [for ever] Salvation is supported by Scripture, over and over again. Yet, many disagree.

Some common arguments of those opposed to God preserving His Saints:

* We have free will. God won’t leave us but we can leave Him.

A: Perhaps they are not fully trusting in God.

What the Scripture says:

~ My Father, which gave them me, is GREATER THAN ALL; and NO MAN is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. John 10:29 [No man = includes yourself!]

~ Who are KEPT BY THE POWER OF GOD through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1 Peter 1:5

* The day will come when Jesus will say to some, “depart from me, I never knew you.”

A: Yeshua Jesus did not say that He knew them and lost them. He said that He never knew them. NEVER.

What the Scripture says:

~ My sheep hear my voice, and I KNOW THEM, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall NEVER PERISH, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. John 10:27-28

~ ALL that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I WILL IN NO WISE CAST OUT. John 6:37

* I have seen Christians get saved and then go back to a lifestyle of sin.

A: A “Christian” is not a person who has said a prayer, or walked down an aisle, or been raised in a Christian family. A Christian is a person who has, by faith, received and fully trusted in Jesus Christ as the only Savior (John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8-9).

What the Scripture says:

~ They went out from us, but they were NOT OF US ; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were NOT ALL OF US. 1 John 2:19

~ But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is NONE OF HIS. Romans 8:9

* What about Judas? He lost his salvation.

A: The Scripture gives every indication that Judas was not saved.

What the Scripture says:

~ The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. Matthew 26:24

~ While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. John 17:12

* Salvation is based on us staying in Christ.

A: Salvation is a gift, freely given, and not earned. (Ephesians 2:8-9) We work FROM (because of) our salvation, not TOWARD (to earn or keep) salvation. We are in Christ and remain in Christ because OF HIM, not because of ourselves.

What the Scripture says:

~ For IT IS GOD WHICH WORKETH IN YOU both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2:13

~ But OF HIM are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:30-31

* Revelation 3:5 says that Jesus will blot your name out of the book of life.

A: They have added to the Scripture, an implication that may not be there. Yeshua Jesus said, “I will NOT blot out his name” speaking to those that overcome. To the believer: this is a promise, not a threat.

What the Scripture says:

~ For whatsoever is born of God OVERCOMETH the world: and this is the victory that OVERCOMETH the world, even our faith. 1 John 5:4

~ Who is he that OVERCOMETH the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 1 John 5:5

* OSAS is a license to freely sin.

A: This is a legitimate concern.

Your Eternal Salvation does not give you a “license to sin” nor should you continue in a lifestyle of sin. The calling of God includes repentance:

~ I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Luke 5:32

~ Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. Luke 15:10

~ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:8-9

ETERNAL LIFE is the promise of God. [Eternal = lasting forever; always existing. Everlasting = Lasting forever; eternal. Seal = anything that serves as assurance.]

Simply put, you cannot have eternal life and not be kept eternally by God. You cannot have a promised inheritance and not be sealed by the Holy Spirit. If you are saved, then you are HIS! If you are saved, you do not only have Yeshua Jesus, but rather the LORD GOD has YOU!

~ And I will make an EVERLASTING COVENANT with them, that I WILL NOT TURN AWAY FROM THEM, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that THEY SHALL NOT DEPART FROM ME. Jeremiah 32:40

~ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and THAT FADETH NOT AWAY, reserved in heaven for you, 1 Peter 1:3-4

~ For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the POWER OF GOD UNTO SALVATION to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16

~ Now unto him that is ABLE TO KEEP YOU FROM FALLING, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. Jude:24-25

~ This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and NOT DIE. I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, HE SHALL LIVE FOR EVER: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. John 6:50-51

~ By the which will we are SANCTIFIED through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ ONCE for ALL. Hebrews 10:10

~ And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are SEALED unto the day of redemption. Ephesians 4:30

~ Who hath also SEALED us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts. 2 Corinthians 1:22

~ Being BORN AGAIN, not of corruptible seed, but of INCORRUPTIBLE [imperishable], BY THE WORD OF GOD, which LIVETH and ABIDETH FOR EVER. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURETH FOR EVER. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. 1 Peter 1:23-25

~ Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you WILL PERFORM IT until the day of Jesus Christ: Philippians 1:6

~ For whom he did foreknow, he also did PREDESTINATE to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also CALLED: and whom he called, them he also JUSTIFIED: and whom he justified, them he also GLORIFIED. Romans 8:29-30

~ Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath EVERLASTING LIFE, and SHALL NOT COME INTO CONDEMNATION; but is passed from death unto life. John 5:24

~ Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and PRESERVED IN JESUS CHRIST, and called: Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied. Jude 1-2

~ For by one offering he hath perfected FOR EVER them that are sanctified. Hebrews 10:14

~ That whosoever believeth in him should NOT PERISH, but have ETERNAL LIFE. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth in him should NOT PERISH, but have EVERLASTING LIFE. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be SAVED. John 3:15-17

~ And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of ALL which he hath given me I should LOSE NOTHING, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent me, that EVERY ONE which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have EVERLASTING LIFE: and I WILL raise him up at the last day. John 6:39-40

See and Hear what GOD has said to non-believers:

~ He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God HATH MADE HIM A LIAR; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

And this is the record, that GOD HATH GIVEN TO US ETERNAL LIFE and this life is in his Son. 1 John 5:10-11

Only by FAITH in Yeshua Jesus can anyone be forgiven of their sins and receive the gift of eternal life. Believe Him and Receive Him!

~ In whom also we HAVE obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. Ephesians 1:11-12

Amen! ℛℒ
