Read the Scriptures

Without God's Word, we have no revelation of Him; without a clear and accurate understanding of God's precepts, principles, and promises, we do little more in this life than stumble our way through the dark.

It is for this reason that you and I must insist on maintaining fidelity to the truth of God's written Word.  The more Scriptures you read, the more relevance you'll unearth for daily life.  Especially if you are faithful in making Bible reading a daily practice, you'll discover that your anxiety is replaced by peace, your fear is replaced by confidence, your weariness is replaced by strength, and your stress is replaced by solace, in nothing short of supernatural ways.

Psalm 119:18 ... Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

Isaiah 61:3 ... To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.

2 Timothy 2:15 ... Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
