Worldliness is not easily observed.   It is not to be measured by the style of our clothes, the means of innocent relaxation and entertainment, or the place of our residence.

Worldliness is the love of the world, the atmosphere of greed, the spirit of ambition, the passion for pleasure and self  gratification which consumes the hearts, lives, thoughts, and deeds of lost souls.

[Don Fortner]

John 12:25 ... He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

1 John 2:15 ...  Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Matthew 16:26 ... For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?❤
