The Indoctrination of Our Children

Once upon a time, there was a young woman, a single mother, raising her only child as best as she could.  This child was the joy of her life.  She worked very hard and sacrificed much making sure that he had everything he wanted and needed.    He was a happy child and did well in school.  They were very close.  When her child became a teenager, she met the Lord.  She shared Him with her child and believed that he too would be saved.

Several years later, when the child graduated from high school, the mother sent him off to college, away from home.   She did not have any concern whatsoever because she believed that his foundation was like hers, on the solid rock.  Sadly, that was not the case.

While in college, politically liberal and godless professors got a hold of her extremely impressionable child and indoctrinated him.   The young man was completely brainwashed.   Shortly after graduating from college, her son moved far away from her, to a big city where he fit right in with other indoctrinated individuals.

The young man is now an adult.  He is successful but worldly.  He does not telephone very often nor does he want to visit with his mother.  Her grown child has surrounded himself with unbelievers.  He has rejected the Truth.  When his mother tries to share about Christ, he shuts her up, not allowing her to speak about Him nor about what is written in the Bible.   He mocks her on social media for being a Christian.  She is heartbroken.  But far worse, he has no fear of the Lord.

Moral of the story: Mamma's don't let your babies grow up to be liberals.

Matthew 7:24-27 ...  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.  And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

Mark 8:36 ...  For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

Proverbs 22:6 ... Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. ❤

This is based on a true story.  One day, this person is going to die.  When that happens, he will stand before God, condemned in his sin.  The answer - the cross of Christ.  It's the only thing which brings about a change in a man or woman's life and the only way to eternal salvation.  God knows.  Please join this mother by praying in agreement that her only son receives Jesus as his Lord and Savior before it's too late.  Amen.
