The Two L's

There are two "L"'s Christians often get confused with when it comes to their life in Christ; Legalism and Liberty. Once the believer grasps Grace and what it brings to the life of a believer, then Legalism (attempting to live by the law) and all of its entrapment's, rudiments and religious obedience will no longer become the stumbling-block it once was. We can choose only of two roads in this life, one of Legalism, which produces only burden and strife, or one of Liberty, which encourages as well as frees the believer so that they can run this race swiftly, but they can't choose both.

Romans 13:8 … Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

Galatians 3:11 … But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

Acts 13:38-39 … Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:  And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.
