The gospel is a message of
ultimatum, there is no room for democracy or opinion when it comes to the
gospel of Jesus Christ - you MUST be born again. No exceptions. That is the
reason why the world and its system opposes the gospel, because it strikes at
the heart of personal liberty and demands a decision, whom will you serve? That
is the reason why the gospel cuts through the murk and mire of indecision and
willful ignorance, and challenges man right where he is. It forces sinner man
to choose what he would ignore or believe, but choose he will just the same.
That is the power of the cross.
