A man comes into power and institutes his vision of what is right according to his beliefs and makes them law. Then, within a short period of time, another man rises and gains power, eventually undoing all that his previous predecessor accomplishes with a stroke of a pen.
And such will the cycle of human behavior of those in power will wield upon one another, all for the cause of personal gain. That is the whim and vanity of the kingdom of men.
One day Christ will end this experiment of human Government and there shall be one King and his rule shall be forever.
