Jesus did not come to change the world . He came to call the sinner to repentance.
The world cannot be changed, so when someone tells you that we should "change the world" they have bought into a Universalist theology that is completely devoid of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Lord said that the gospel is an offense to the world, why? Because the world is currently under the dominion of Satan, until he is defeated at the end of the age along with his "son" the man of sin, this world will continue to be a foe to the follower of Christ.
Stop trying to change the world and preach the gospel, saving all who will hear and obey.
