No believer no matter what circumstances in life, while under grace will be told "Depart from me". Likewise, no believer who is born again will ever hear the words, "I never knew you".
There will NEVER come a day in a man or woman's life where they will stand before Christ and be told "You weren't good enough, you didn't do enough, you didn't try harder."
We are either under perfect grace or perfect law. It's either faith or works, but it can never be both. That is the distinction of who Christ will judge at the end of our life, where our faith was.
