A balanced life in Christ will produce a good work life, where one will work for what they need, ensuring that they are not a financial burden on the body of Christ but will labor for their own wealth.
A balanced life in Christ will not be consumed by trivial things in this world that cannot be undone, corrected, or even resolved. Some things are just overwhelming for our capabilities.
It's good to focus on eternity and our walk with Christ, which requires daily maintenance, but keeping our focus on the here and now is equally important.
Don't be so heavenly-minded that you're no earthly good.
