Christianity in the world today is like a big tent, full of many different factions, organizations and denominations. How big is that tent that represents Christ? Huge.
Christianity alone has over 45,000 different denominations to date. In the US alone there are over 20,000 groups alone that make up just the Pentecostal and Charismatic segment under the tent.
Evangelicals, Lutheran, Methodists, and other factions represents even larger numbers. This doesn’t account for the vast number of Christian groups that have no affiliation with any of the mainline denominations themselves.
The body of Christ is not centered on just one group or organization, it encompasses all who follow Christ.
It’s a big tent, and there’s room for all.
