When church becomes a social club where only those who fit our criteria of what a Christian is supposed to look like, dress like, or how they make a living; when the very people who Christ brings out of the gutter are the same ones who cause us to shun them, then we don’t have Christ, we have religion.
Not everyone in Hollywood is a predator, or a satanist, nor is every person who succeeds in their craft a pawn in the dark world of human trafficking. They are just people who have families, who go to work each and every day just like you and me.
Religion is nuts, but nuttier is the one who promotes it. The more you get caught up in religion, the more difficult it will be for you to follow Christ.
