This is what the lost lamb saw. The loving Shepherd running towards him, rescuing him, and bringing him back to the pasture. There is no doubt in my mind that He ran, He called out, He searched, and He pursued the lost sheep. Such a beautiful picture of what He does for us as well.
Luke 15:4-5 ... What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.❤
