Lord, quiet the part of me that needs to be noticed, praised, or proven right. Forgive me for seeking attention that belongs to You and for measuring my worth by how others respond to me. Teach me to serve without needing recognition, to listen before speaking, and to receive correction with grace. Make my heart teachable, my spirit gentle, and my life a clear reflection of Jesus. Let Christ become greater in me and let my desire to be seen grow smaller: not because I am forgotten, but because I am secure in Your love. Amen.
